The Conditioning Floor

Conditioning work is a different job. Box jumps, burpees, sprints and rope climbs all demand a forefoot that bends with you, and an upper that survives being dragged across rough surfaces.
What a conditioning shoe is built for
- Dual-density midsole balances lift & flex
- High sidewall wrap shields against shredding
A dual-density midsole stays stable enough for a set of goblet squats but still rolls through the toe for a sprint. A reinforced lateral wrap protects the upper where rope climbs and sled work would otherwise wear it through.
It is the shoe that handles the middle of the workout — not the heaviest lift, not the longest run.
